Cella Energy of the UK are said to be on the verge of revolutionizing the transportation industry with a hydrogen-based fuel that produces zero carbon emissions. As well as being a champion of environmentally-conscious alternatives, this new fuel promises stable costs somewhere around $1.50, regardless of oil prices.
